Huge setback for the blues as This key Chelsea forward suffers injury setback that will rule him out until at least late-October

Chelsea forward Izzy Brown, who is currently on loan at Leeds United, has suffered and injury setback that will rule him out until at least late-October.

Brown is recovering from an ACL injury that he suffered in January whilst playing for Brighton and when Leeds took him on loan, they thought he’d be back in action by early October but speaking at his press conference today, United manager Marcelo Bielsa revealed that Brown hasn’t even begun kicking a ball yet.

He said:

It’s been a long time since he played, he still needs to recover. He hasn’t started to play with the ball, he hasn’t played football with us so far. It’s impossible to say when he will be fit. It won’t be a short time.
Leeds, having lost Patrick Bamford to a serious injury, would have been hoping to have Brown available sooner rather than later but at this stage, there is no real idea as to when he’ll be fit to return.

As for David De Gea, Mourinho reaffirmed the Spaniard’s importance to the team and he can’t afford to lose such a magnificent keeper this season.
Ander Herrera is another player whose contract would come to an end by the end of the season.
The Spaniard hasn’t been used regularly by the Portuguese gaffer but Mourinho wants his contract to be renewed before the winter market.
He claimed the player’s character in the dressing room is awesome and he wants him to have a renewed contract with the club.

The reports also says that Zidane and United have already began negotiations about him succeeding José Mourinho at the club, and that Zidane would like to retain Pogba and Martial as they are part if his plans for the club.
If United succeed in bringing in Hazard and Kante one way or the other, they could be just be the signings they need for them to secure their first Premier League title in 5 years.
Eden Hazard is one of the best attackers in the world, and working under a brilliant coach like Zidane is something that will make United fans very happy.
Kante is also one of Chelsea’s most influential players, and the 27-year-old also has two back to back Premier League title and a World Cup winners’ to his name in just 3 years.
The midfield combination of Kante and Pogba for France is one of the main reasons why they were able to win their second World Cup trophy in Russia last summer.

Five-time Premier League winner and former England and Chelsea captain John Terry is keen to make a surprising comeback at Chelsea.

The one-time Champions League winner who left Chelsea two years ago, could be set for a return to the west London club.
“Chelsea is Terry’s home,” says Sarri, who replied he is happy to hold up a slot for the Blues’ legend if the 37-year-old is raring to return.
Terry rejected a move to join Russian side Spartak Moscow, insisting on bridging distant steps away from his family.

Terry informed the Blues boss he wants to resume his career at Chelsea.
Sarri, 56, who is delighted by the news, also offered the veteran a role as part of his coaching staff.
The Italian acknowledged that his presence will foster relationship in the club.

Excitement Hit Chelsea As Roman Abramovich Finally Agrees To A Big Change Chelsea Have Needed Since!!

A MAJOR CHANGE IS SET TO BE MADE AT PREMIER LEAGUE CLUB CHELSEA AND EVEN OWNER ROMAN ABRAMOVIC HAS AGREED TO IT ACCORDING TO REPORTS.

Premier League giants Chelsea are planning to redesign their famous club crest according to reports from England. The news is that they are already in the process of making changes to their already existing crest.
The Blues’ current crest was designed 13 years ago and was approved by owner Roman Abramovich. However, it appears that the London-based club wants to make adjustments to the badge and has even sort the approval from the Russian.
Chelsea’s current crest consists of a blue lion holding a staff, which is the Earl of Cadogan’s coat of arms, surrounded by a ring. ‘Chelsea’ and ‘Football Club’ is written on the upper and lower sides of the ring.
If the report is to be believed, the lion on the badge will stay, while the change is set to be made to the font of the wording on the crest as part of a ‘freshening’ process.
The crest is being redesigned. There won’t be massive changes but it’s being given a freshen up, a Chelsea source told to English media outlet the Express.
The Blues’ previous badge also had a lion of in it, but didn’t consist of the staff or the outer ring. The old one had ‘CFC’ on it rather than ‘Chelsea Football Club’. However, it was changed to the current one in 2005 during Abramovich’s reign.

AUTHOR’S TAKE:

Making changes to something like a logo or a crest is too risky as many find it difficult to adapt to change. Current Premier League champions Manchester City had made such a change recently, which was not received very well by the fans nor the footballing world. Chelsea should be careful with the changes they make.

Breaking News: Mourinho Finally Reveals When Luke Shaw Will Make His Return To Manchester United Line-up

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has stated that Luke Shaw will return to the squad against Young Boys in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Shaw sustained a concussion whilst on international duty with England last weekend, falling awkwardly against Spain when challenging for the ball against Dani Carvajal.
The 23-year-old returned to club duty and full training on Friday, however, he was not selected for United’s trip to Vicarage Road on Saturday, with Ashley Young receiving his first start of the new season in his place.

Shaw had been ever-present for Mourinho’s men at the start of the new Premier League campaign, nailing down the left-back spot in the starting XI and impressing with his fitness levels and willingness to break into attacking positions.
His momentum may have been stalled somewhat by his latest injury setback, but Mourinho revealed yesterday that he plans to thrust the Englishman straight back into action on Wednesday night against Young Boys.
As per Sky Sports, the 55-year-old coach told reporters post-match on Saturday: “Luke Shaw plays Wednesday. We can’t do it with one left-back and Ashley Young is not just a left-back, he is also a right-back.”
The Portuguese coach then went on to state how Young and Shaw are both vital components of his squad going forward despite both vying for the same position, before also adding that Matteo Darmian will have a role to play as well.
“They are both doing well,” Mourinho continued. “They are both different players and I think they both understand that one is a young player and the other is the experienced one and it is good for us to have these two options, plus Darmian.
“He is my emergency man, he is always ready for everything.”
The Red Devils will be expected to pick up the first win of their new European campaign midweek, before returning to Premier League action next Saturday against newly promoted Wolves.

Agreement close: Manchester United Finally Ready To Complete The Signing Of Pogba Replacement For Just £89m Transfer Fee (Excitement Time For Man U Fans)

Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is reportedly close to signing a new contract with the club that would lower his release clause to just £89million in a major potential transfer boost to Manchester United.
The Serbia international is one of the finest midfield players in the world and could be a fine fit at Old Trafford given their current needs.

Not only are United weaker in the middle for losing the influential Michael Carrick to retirement this summer, they have also struggled to get Paul Pogba firing at his best, and the Frenchman’s future is now in doubt.
The Independent just recently claimed United could be more open to selling Pogba in the near future after his dip in form, with Jose Mourinho said to have identified Milinkovic-Savic as his preferred replacement.

And according to Don Balon, the Red Devils could be given a real boost soon as the 23-year-old looks set to sign a new contract with a lower buy-out clause.
This is an exciting development for MUFC if they do decide to push on with their pursuit of Milinkovic-Savic, as he does arguably look an upgrade on Pogba at the moment, and a better fit for what Mourinho wants from his midfield players.

Breaking News: Maurizio Sarri Finally Reveals New Role For Eden Hazard After Chelsea Win Against Cardiff City

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri will look to work with Eden Hazard to ensure he remains in a more advanced role this season.
The Italian manager has informed reporters that the winger expended too much energy working in his own half.
Sarri has urged Hazard to conserve energy and believes the winger can score 30 to 40 goals this season.

Sarri: “I think Hazard can score 30 or 35 goals”

Sarri believes that Hazard must be intelligent in the areas of the pitch that he works, with the 27-year-old expending too much energy in deeper positions.
Hazard will be more effective in the final third should he learn how to conserve energy, according to the former Napoli boss.

Sarri to Hazard: “You have to spend less energy”

The 59-year-old also vented his frustration at Hazard being made to play for Belgium over the international break.

Sarri utilising Hazard

Being arguably the division’s most naturally gifted talents, Hazard has always been key to Chelsea’s success.
Sarri has so far worked wonders with the Belgian who has shone whilst the new manager has been West London.
Hazard netted a hat-trick for Chelsea this afternoon becoming the fourth player to score multiple Premier League hat-tricks.
The 27-year-old has now been directly involved in seven goals in five appearances this season.

“I will play for Chelsea next season” Solid Winger Break Silence About Move To Stamford Bridge, Not Willian and Hazard

Newcastle loanee Kenedy has broke silence about his future at Chelsea, the Brazilian winger revealed he has not given up hope of securing a place at Stamford Bridge next season as he faces another spell on loan at Newcastle.
However, there is no buy clause in Kenedy’s loan agreement, and the 22-year-old – who has struggled for form so far this season – has suggested that he sees his future as being at Chelsea.
Speaking to UOL about his career at Stamford Bridge, Kenedy said: “It’s not that I didn’t succeed at Chelsea. I arrived at 19, very young.
“It was good to be loaned to get more playing time – better than staying at Chelsea and not playing.
“I hope this year I can make a good season for Newcastle and go back to Chelsea to continue. I have a dream to return and to be a champion for the club.
“Just being in the Premier League is already a great achievement. A lot of people come and can’t play. For me, it’s been very good. My dream is to win a major title.”
Kenedy joined the club from Fluminense with plenty of promise but struggled to break into the side on a regular basis.
The Brazilian spent last season on loan to Newcastle after falling out of favour at Chelsea.

Jamaican superstar Leon Bailey as been earmarked as Chelsea talisman Eden Hazard’s successor.
Leon Bailey has been heavily linked with a move to join the former Premier League champions in the January transfer window.
But this could stifle Hazard success on the field, despite toughening the competition between the prolific duo.
According to German Kicker, Bailey is the cream of the crop and has been handpicked by Italian boss Maurizio Sarri to replace Hazard, 27.
Leon Bailey delivered impressively for Bayer 04 Leverkusen and has been hugely praised for his athleticism.
Bailey, reckoned as one of the high rising stars in Europe’s top five leagues, has reportedly been linked with a move to Chelsea.

But the youngster has chose Stamford Bridge as his final destination according to reports.
Sparking competition between Hazard and Bailey is interestingly a healthy mix, but could spin into a fierce rivalry.

Breaking News: Chelsea Has Finally Sacked Two Key Players From Squad. Do You Think It's An Excellent Step To Take?

Brazilian David Luiz and Englishman Gary Cahill will not be a part of Sarri’s future plans for Chelsea.
Reports floating around in Italy claim that both defenders could be axed from Sarri’s backline.
Cahill has yet to play for the Blues this season and has been heavily rumoured with an exit from the club in January.
Luiz on the other hand, who surprisingly was left out of Conte’s last season squad after a suspected ruckus with the Italian, is back in the Blues defensive line.
But Sarri, 56, will not stick with both veteran defender albeit their well of experience.
The Blues are already on the hunt for their replacement and have reportedly handpicked their favourites.
AC Milan duo Mattia Caldara and Alessio Romagnoli have reportedly both been linked with a January move to Stamford Bridge.
Caldara recently joined the Rossoneri and prizing him out of San Siro means the Blues will have to slap a huge buy-out fee for him.
Meanwhile, Romagnoli who joined Milan in 2015 from Roma, has three years left on his contract at the Italian outfit.
Chelsea changed from their traditional back three under Conte in his two-year spell at the club to a four.
Brazilian Luiz racked up only 10 appearances under Conte last season, but has so far featured four times under Sarri.
He has a total of 47 Premier League appearances for the Blues since reuniting with the club in 2016 from Paris Saint-Germain, while Cahill has 189.

Shocking News Released As Former Real Madrid Star Says He Wanted To Join Chelsea (Not Cristiano Ronaldo)

Brazilian striker Robinho has revealed that he wanted to join Chelsea in 2008. The former Real Madrid striker claims that the club refused to sell him to The Blues despite reportedly agreeing on a deal with them.
“My main goal was to move to Chelsea,” the striker revealed in his FourFourTwo interview (via Goal.com). “Big Phil had said I could make the difference for him as his squad, according to him, was not creative enough.”
Luiz Felipe Scolari was just appointed the Chelsea manager at that time and he wanted the striker at Stamford Bridge. The Blues were in talks with Madrid and were reportedly close to agreeing a deal for him.
However, a technical error by Chelsea on their website spoiled everything for them. Reports suggested that they 'accidentally' started selling shirts with his name on their site and that didn't go down well at the Bernabeu.
Robinho confirmed that it was indeed the case and said, “But Real Madrid had fallen out with Chelsea – they didn’t like them selling shirts with my name on before the deal had been done.”
“I am pretty sure that this error was one of the main reasons why the transfer failed, as it was a matter of pride for Real Madrid,” added the striker.
Eventually, Madrid decided they were not willing to sell him to Chelsea anymore and chose to offload him elsewhere. They made the excuse that they wanted to sell him to a club that is not playing in the UEFA Champions League.
Manchester City made a late move and signed him on Deadline Day for £32.5 million.

“And they were also reluctant to let me move to a club that was playing in the Champions League the same season – Chelsea were, but City weren’t,” said Robinho.

Chelsea boss Sarri identifies his top targets for January transfer window(see full list)

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri is keen to strengthen his defensive options in the immediate future, according to Calciomercato, and has identified Italian central defenders Mattia Caldara and Alessio Romagnoli as potential targets.

The Blues were on the lookout for a new centre-back throughout the summer transfer window but saw their efforts come to no avail. Chelsea pursued Juventus star Daniele Rugani but were unable to lure him away from Turin.

However, Sarri has wasted no time in identifying new targets to bolster his options, according to Calciomercato, lining up new AC Milan stars Caldara and Romagnoli.

Chelsea were linked with a move for Caldara in the summer, as they lined him up as an alternative to Rugani. However, the 24-year-old ended up departing Juve and joining Milan in a big-money deal.

Romagnoli, also, has committed his future to life at San Siro. He penned a new long-term deal at Milan in recent times and could prove to be a hard player to land for Chelsea.

Sarri has started the season with a favoured defensive duo of David Luiz and Antonio Rudiger but is seemingly still keen to add to his options at the next possible opportunity.

CHELSEA IS REALLY MAKING WAVES TO BE UNSTOPPABLE THIS SEASON AS SARRI IS SET TO SIGN THIS CREATIVE MIDFIELDER TO PARTNER WITH JORGINHO THIS SUMMER

Chelsea are keeping tab on AC Milan player Suso as Maurizio Sarri looks to add more midfield option in his radar.
The former Liverpool player has impressed under Coach Gattuso after leaving England for a greener pasture to Italy.
According to reports, it was divulged that the Spaniard has won the heart of Sarri and the Chelsea football club.
Suso is a player that can eventually run round the pitch to create chances in the midfield and with his eye for goal from outside the box makes him remarkable: little wonder why he is been watched by Sarri.
Chelsea have shown how much they can adapt to possessive football while playing under Sarri, and with Suso coming in, would ease the three bodies playing in the midfield.
The Blues have not yet renewed Fabregas’s contract but swapping the Spanish player would be another option.
Chelsea have already loaned Tiemoue Bakayoko to AC Milan during the summer and could permanent his deal next summer.
Last season was a Herculean task for the Seria A side when they refused to sell most of their important players but that may not be the case this summer has the Italian Side have escaped the financial pressure of selling quality players like Gianluigi Donnarumma, and Suso.
Since Chelsea are not sure of Kovacic’s future, it would be a welcome idea to bring in the Spanish player come this January.
B oth Chelsea and AC Milan will compete in the Europa cup this season.

Chelsea news: Eden Hazard is better than Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar - bold claim made plus reasonss

Eden Hazard

That’s according to his Blues team-mate Antonio Rudiger.
The Belgian has enjoyed a stunning start to the Premier League season, scoring twice and providing two assists in his first four games.
And Hazard continued his impressive form into the international break, grabbing a goal and an assist in Friday’s 4-0 thrashing of Scotland.
The winger was heavily linked with a switch to Real Madrid during the summer.
The La Liga giants were desperate to bring in a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, who completed an £88m move to Juventus.
But Hazard stayed put at Stamford Bridge as he looks to guide Chelsea back into the top four.
And Rudiger has heaped praise on his colleague, suggesting only Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi is better than him in world football.
"(Kylian) Mbappe is unbelievably fast, really good,” he said
“To stop him, you have to do it as a team, because alone... good luck.
"But for me, the best in the world is Messi, then Hazard."
Chelsea have won all four of their Premier League games this season despite many of their players returning to pre-season training late following the World Cup.
And Rudiger admits he is surprised by their blistering start.
He added: "To be honest, I'm surprised how well we've done because players like Eden Hazard and N'Golo Kante had big World Cups and came back late for training.
"They are in good shape and that's impressive."
Chelsea are looking to bounce back from a disappointing final season under Antonio Conte.
New boss Maurizio Sarri is attempting to change their playing philosophy and Rudiger is enjoying life under the Italian.
"I played for Roma in Italy, so I knew the way the manager liked to play and it was something I favoured," he continued.
"He wants us to press high, compared to last season when everyone knows we sat back.
"Now it is different. We create a lot of chances and, for me, that's very good.
“Mostly, he likes the defenders to play the ball short and keep possession.
“I have shown so far I can do it but I want to improve every day.
"He is a coach who is not happy, he is always saying you can do better, and that keeps you alive."

FRUSTRATED CHELSEA STAR READY TO LEAVE CLUB IN JANUARY IF SARRI FAILS TO DO THIS

Gary Cahill is ready to leave Chelsea in January should his game time fails to improve, according to a report on Daily Mail.

Cahill is yet to make an appearance for Chelsea this season, not even making the substitutes bench in any of our four Premier League games this season.

Cahill has fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea since Maurizio Sarri’s arrival due to his approach of using two centre backs instead of three as preferred by former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte and the return of David Luiz to the starting XI.

Sarri has insisted every Chelsea player will get their chance with the Europa League and Carabao Cup starting this month.

Chelsea begin our Europa League campaign against PAOK on September 20 before facing Liverpool away five days later in the Carabao Cup.

REVEALED: THIS PSG STAR IS SET TO JOIN CHELSEA THIS SUMMER, FANS WILL DEFINETLY LOVE THIS

According to Chelsea goalkeeping coach Christophe Lollichon, PSG goalkeeper Alphonse Areola wanted to join Chelsea this summer.

“We spoke a lot in the summer,” Lollichon told Le Figaro, according to Goal. “He wanted to come here, but the final decision was not my responsibility. It would have been a pleasure to work with him.”

Areola impressed during France goalless draw with Germany on Thursday and Lollichon believes the PSG goalkeeper is better than France and Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.

“I didn’t have to wait until Thursday to discover Areola,” he said. “For me, he’s already the best French goalkeeper today.

“His size, his ball-playing qualities, his calmness – he’s the keeper most adapted to playing in the way of the team.

“We eulogise about Lloris too much, but Areola is above him.

“Against Germany, he was very good in his position and his ability to cut out balls behind his defence. It’s the base of any goalkeeper, but not everyone can do it as well. Alphonse is very pro-active.”
